Our Hata Cares Meals program provides well deserved meals for hard working members of our communty.
Prepared by Chef Ernest Limcaco, Y. Hata Corporate Sous Chef, in our Y. Hata test kitchen, meals are provided to hard workers in the first responder, culinary, education, and sustainability industries. In May 2021, Chef prepared lunch for the staff at Aloha Harvest who rescues quality excess food & delivers it free of charge to social service agencies feeding the hungry in Hawai’i.
Meals included:
- Tossed Salad with Creamy Vinaigrette
- Garlic Shrimp
- Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes
- Kalbi Chicken Bites
- Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Cookie
